About - Managing Director - Chris Smith
Chris has been developing and delivering training for Regulated Air Cargo Agents since January 1997. He is a security specialist with over twenty years military service as an operational commander and trainer, and seven years in Aviation Security Branch as an aviation security inspector/auditor.
Chris is the single commercial authority on the obligations of Regulated Air Cargo Agents in Australia. His knowledge and expertise on the Regulated Air Cargo Agent Transport Security Program is unequalled, after developing security risk assessments and Transport Security Programs for over 40 companies including Star Track Express, FedEx, DHL Global Forwarding, Grace Removals Group and many others.
Chris is a member of the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL), the Security Providers Association of Australia Limited (SPAAL) and the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) and has studied aviation security at Masters level.
Chris has a Degree in Justice Administration, a Diploma of Security and Risk Management, a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, a NSW Master Security Licence, a NSW 2A Security Consultant's Licence and 2D Security Trainer's Licence and is a licensed Security Officer in Qld.
