RACA Security Training - Training Levels
RACA Level A Training
RACA Level A is basic security awareness training for RACA employees who do not have access to airfreight but contribute to RACA airfreight security arrangements, such as call centre staff.
RACA Level B Training
RACA Level B is airfreight security awareness for RACA employees who are involved in handling or processing airfreight or have direct access to airfreight, such as drivers and warehouse personnel customer service officers, sales and administration staff, and mail centre staff.
RACA Level C Training
RACA Level C covers domestic airfreight for RACA employees who are involved in preparing domestic airfreight for clearance, such as selected operations staff, selected drivers and selected warehouse personnel. RACA 3 is currently unnecessary. All domestic airfreight security procedures are currently covered by RACA 1. When you complete the RACA 1 pre requisite, you will also gain RACA 3 accreditation.
RACA Level D Training
RACA Level D covers international airfreight for RACA employees who are involved in preparing international airfreight for clearance, such as those employees responsible for signing security declarations or approving the listing of senders as Regular Customers. Others may include the Security Contact Officer (or Airfreight Security Officer), the Site Program Administrator (or Site/Deport Airfreight Security Officer), and cargo managers. RACA 1 is a pre-requisite for Level D training.
